This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) aims to formalize our commitment regarding the privacy of users of the website https://forcemenn.com/ (the “Site”) operated by Elie Kumba.

The Privacy Policy and the Site’s Terms and Conditions of Sale form a contractual set. All capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy are defined in the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

When do we collect your personal data and what data is collected ?

1.1 Browsing the Site

Connection data: Whenever you connect to our Site, we collect personal data such as your IP address, your computer’s MAC address, the date and time of connection, and information about the browser you use.

Browsing data: We also collect information on how you access the Site, which pages are visited, and for how long. In this context, we may use cookies.

1.2 Account creation

Access to some of our Services may require prior account creation. In this case, you will be asked to provide certain personal data during account creation, including your first and last name, postal address, email address, and phone number.

To complete your purchase, you must provide your billing and payment details, including card number, expiration date, security code, and cardholder name in case of card payment.

You may also be asked to provide your telecom operator, mobile phone model, and a valid mobile number to receive purchase instructions directly via your mobile phone.

We retain your payment details, as well as details of purchases you make. Transaction details are kept either in our systems or by the external provider.

This retention is for internal purposes, including accounting, compliance, and legal purposes, in accordance with Section 5 of this Privacy Policy.

1.4 Newsletter subscription

When creating your Account, you may give prior consent to receive our newsletters regarding news, new products, services, and promotions. You may also provide consent by entering your email address in the designated areas on the Site.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to receive such newsletters at any time and free of charge.

2. How do we protect your personal data?

3. When do we share your personal data?

3.1 Sharing personal data with third parties

4. How long do we retain your personal data?

We retain your personal data for 5 years. This period allows us to process your order and handle return or refund requests beyond the statutory warranty period.

The legal basis for processing is the user’s consent or execution of the sales contract.

5. Cookies: how do we use them?

5.1 What is a cookie?

A cookie is a text file that may be placed on a device when using an online service through a browser. Cookies allow the issuer, during their validity, to recognize the device each time it accesses digital content containing cookies from the same issuer.

Cookies placed on your device with your consent are deleted 13 months after placement.

Your phone number, name, and purchase info are shared with our SMS platform “Fastr,” based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA.
