1. General Information
FORCEMENN is a Belgian company registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 1017.418.746, with its registered office in Belgium. Our company specializes in the online sale of clothing through our website www.forcemenn.com.
2. Right of Withdrawal
2.1 Legal Period
In accordance with Belgian and European law, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties.
2.2 How to Exercise the Right
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your clear decision to withdraw:

You may also use a standard withdrawal form (not mandatory), to be sent within the deadline (see the template in the Terms and Conditions of Sale).
Important: Returns must only be sent to the return address communicated by Customer Service after written validation of your withdrawal request. Packages sent to any other address, or without prior written authorization, will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
2.3 Effects of Withdrawal
Once your request is validated, you must return the relevant items within 14 days from the date of your withdrawal notification. Items must be returned:
- In their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original labels attached,
- Accompanied by the invoice or delivery note.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of our error (defective or incorrect item).
Import duties and customs charges: For returns sent from outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom, any import duties, customs fees, taxes, or administrative charges incurred during the return shipment — including any charges paid by FORCEMENN to release the returned parcel from customs — are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Limit: Only one return or exchange is accepted per order.
2.4 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear, swimwear, socks, masks, or any sealed product for hygiene reasons if it has been unsealed;
- Personalized products or items made to order.
3. Refunds
3.1 Timeframe
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned parcel, we will process the refund within 14 days using the same payment method as used for the order.
3.2 Exclusions
No refund will be issued if:
- The item is damaged or shows signs of use;
- The item is returned without its original labels;
- The return is incomplete or late;
- The return was sent to an address not officially communicated by Customer Service;
- The item is an exception mentioned above.
In these cases, the item may be returned at your expense.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer automatic exchanges. To change size or model, please:
- Return the item for a refund;
- Place a new order.
5. Defective Products or Delivery Errors
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@forcemenn.com with a clear photo of the item and your order number. We will assess the situation and proceed either with an exchange (if available) or a full refund. In the case of a confirmed defect or delivery error, return shipping costs will be covered by FORCEMENN.
6. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for sending the return parcel:
- The parcel must be sent with a tracking number;
- The parcel must be sent only to the address officially communicated by Customer Service;
- In case of loss or damage during return shipping, FORCEMENN cannot be held responsible.
