2. Right of Withdrawal
2.1 Legal Period
In accordance with Belgian and European law, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties.

You may also use a standard withdrawal form (not mandatory), to be sent within the deadline (see the template in the Terms and Conditions of Sale).
2.3 Effects of Withdrawal
Once your request is validated, you must return the relevant items within 14 days from the date of your withdrawal notification. Items must be returned:

With labels attached, accompanied by the invoice or delivery note.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of our error (defective or incorrect item).
2.4 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The following items cannot be returned:

Underwear, swimwear, socks, masks, or any sealed product for hygiene reasons if it has been unsealed;

Personalized products or items made to order.
3. Refunds
3.1 Timeframe
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned parcel, we will process the refund within 14 business days using the same payment method as used for the order.
3.2 Exclusions
No refund will be issued if:

The item is damaged or shows signs of use;

The return is incomplete or late;

The item is an exception mentioned above.
In these cases, the item may be returned at your expense.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer automatic exchanges. To change size or model, please:

5. Defective Products or Delivery Errors
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

We will send you a free return label and proceed either with an exchange (if available) or a full refund.
6. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for sending the return parcel:

The parcel must be sent with a tracking number;

In case of loss or damage during return shipping, FORCEMENN cannot be held responsible.
