We want you to be happy with your FORCEMENN purchase. Please read below for details on our return and refund process.

UK 14-Day Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@forcemenn.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and, once approved, will provide you with return instructions and the address to send your item back to. Please do not send items back to us without first contacting us, as unrequested returns cannot be processed.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including items marked as final sale, gift cards, and any items that show signs of wear, damage, or use beyond inspection. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
