1. OBJECT
Welcome to https://forcemenn.com (hereinafter the “Site”).
The Site is owned and operated by a Belgian company, registered with the BCE under number 1017.418.746, active in the field of retail trade by mail order or via the Internet.

These Terms of Use (“TOU”) define the terms and conditions under which the publisher provides users with the services and features of the Site, and govern how the user accesses the Site and uses its services.

Use of the Site implies acceptance of all the TOU described below.

2. DEFINITIONS
This section defines key terms used in these TOU.

Any User with internet access may freely access the Site from anywhere. Costs incurred by the User for access (internet connection, computer equipment, etc.) are not the responsibility of the Publisher.

8. LIABILITY

8.1 User Responsibility

They are responsible for damages caused to themselves, their property, or third parties due to Site use or failure to comply with these TOU. The User is also responsible for risks related to their login credentials and password.

8.2 Publisher Responsibility
The Publisher is responsible for fulfilling contractual obligations under these TOU and applicable laws and standards and implements necessary measures to ensure continuous and secure access to the Site and its Services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Publisher is not liable for:

  • Force majeure or unpredictable, insurmountable third-party actions;

  • Malfunctions related to the User’s equipment or internet connection.

8.3 Exclusions and Limitations
The Publisher is not liable for indirect damages resulting from Site use. This limitation applies as far as permitted by law. The Publisher is not responsible for issues caused by the User or unauthorized third parties, unforeseeable events, or force majeure, including:

The Publisher expressly disclaims any warranty, including implied warranties of fitness for normal or specific use, quality, or legal compliance.
