Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: November 3, 2025
General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)
1. General
These GTC apply to all transactions made on the Operator’s website. They are permanently accessible on the website and can be sent to customers upon request.
Any order implies acceptance of the GTC. The customer confirms their agreement by checking a dedicated box or clicking a button before completing the purchase. The order validates the agreement with the GTC in effect at the time of purchase. The Operator archives and makes these GTC available for reference.
2. Products
The website offers online sales of clothing (referred to as “Products”). Each product comes with a detailed description provided by the supplier or via an external link to the manufacturer’s site. Images are non-contractual. Instruction manuals, if required, are available on the website or upon delivery. All products comply with Belgian legal standards.
The Customer is responsible for the costs and conditions of accessing the website, including any internet fees. They must also ensure they have appropriate and secure equipment to use the website safely.
3. Orders on the Website
The Operator offers its products while stocks last. If a product becomes unavailable after the order, the customer will be informed by email. The customer can then choose to:
Receive a product of equivalent quality and price, or
Be refunded within a maximum of 30 days.
Apart from this refund, the Operator pays no cancellation compensation. Unless otherwise indicated or exercising the right of withdrawal, all orders are considered firm and final.
4. Payment Terms
Any order obliges the customer to make payment for the product. Before shipping the order, the Operator may verify the authenticity of the payment by necessary means. The different available payment options are listed on the website.
5. Prices and Payment
Product prices are displayed in euros, including all taxes (VAT), excluding shipping costs (unless otherwise stated). In the case of a promotion, the reduced rate applies to all orders placed during the promotional period.
Payment is made only in euros (€) and must be completed upon order confirmation. Any applicable delivery fees will be added and displayed before order validation, with the total payable clearly indicated on the confirmation page.
6. Formation of the Contract
The contract between the Customer and the Operator is concluded upon order confirmation through a “double-click” process: selection of products, basket review, acceptance of the GTC, and entry of payment information. This “double-click” constitutes an electronic signature, equivalent to a handwritten signature, making the order final.
The Operator securely keeps order and invoice records, which serve as proof of the contract. Unless proven otherwise, these documents are considered valid to attest to transactions.
The Customer may cancel their order for reasons such as product non-conformity, significant delivery delay, or unjustified price increase, and request a refund of the deposit. The Operator may cancel the order if the Customer refuses delivery or does not complete payment.
7. Retention of Title
The Operator remains the owner of the products until full payment, including any shipping costs.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Online sales on the website are reserved for consumers in Belgium and, where applicable, in European Union countries, with delivery to these areas.
Delivery costs are specified at order confirmation and accepted by the Customer. The Operator commits to delivering within 30 days of the order, based on the estimated delivery times provided for each product.
The time frame includes preparation, shipment, and delivery. In case of delay, the Operator will notify the Customer by email with a new delivery date.
Delivery of Products
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of order. It is therefore essential to verify the accuracy of this address. The Operator cannot be held responsible for errors in the address that prevent or delay delivery.
Upon delivery, a signature may be required. The Customer must check that the products comply with the order and that the package is sealed and intact. If not, they must note this on the delivery receipt. Without such mention, no claims regarding quantity or product condition will be accepted.
9. Right of Withdrawal
If a product does not satisfy the Customer, it can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
To exercise this right, the Customer may use the following standard withdrawal form:
Name and surname of the customer
Address
Postal code, city
Recipient: (Name and surname of the seller)
Seller’s address
Postal code, city
At ..., on ... (date)
Dear Sir or Madam,
On ... (order date), I ordered ... (ordered product) which you delivered to me on ... (delivery date). I hereby exercise my right of withdrawal and request a refund of ... euros within 14 days. Please find the returned product attached.

The Operator will confirm receipt of the withdrawal request by email.

Full name, complete address, phone number, and email
Withdrawal decision with a clear statement (e.g., by postal letter, fax, or email if available and provided on the standard withdrawal form).
The Customer may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
Services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, with prior agreement and explicit waiver by the Customer.
Products or services whose price depends on financial market fluctuations beyond the Operator’s control.
Custom-made or personalized goods according to the Customer’s specifications.
Perishable goods or goods liable to deteriorate quickly.
Sealed goods after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons.

Return Procedure
The return package must contain:
The product,
A letter with the Customer’s complete details (name, surname, address),
The order number and original purchase invoice.
The Operator will refund the product amount within 14 days of receipt of the product and necessary documents to process the refund. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, except for orders paid with credit or gift vouchers, which may be refunded accordingly.
By accepting these GTC, the Customer confirms having taken note of the withdrawal procedures.
10. Customer Service
The Customer may contact customer service:
Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm,
By email: info@forcemenn.com, specifying name, phone, subject, and order number.
11. Intellectual Property and Site License
The Operator holds all rights to the site’s elements (texts, images, logos, videos, etc.), protected by European and international intellectual property laws. None of these elements may be modified, reproduced, distributed, or exploited without the Operator’s written permission. Any unauthorized use makes the Customer liable.
Content published by Customers remains their responsibility, granting the Operator a worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content. The Operator may take legal action against violations.
12. Liability and Legal Warranty of Conformity
12.1 Liability
The Operator is not responsible for contract non-performance caused by the Customer, force majeure, or an unforeseeable and insurmountable event by a third party.
The Operator is not responsible for information posted on the Site by Customers. The Customer remains solely responsible for the content they post and any consequences.
The Operator does not guarantee security, availability, or data integrity on the Internet. The Site may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance or updates.
The Operator is not liable for the Customer’s use of the Site in violation of the GTC. Inappropriate behavior by the Customer will require indemnification to the Operator for any costs and judgments incurred.
The Customer is responsible for the content they post, must not infringe third-party rights, and guarantees compliance with laws and good conduct. In case of violation, the Operator may exclude the Customer and remove the content.
As a host, the Operator has no general monitoring obligation. If the Operator’s liability is engaged due to Customer content, the Customer must indemnify the Operator for legal costs.
Products benefit from a 2-year legal warranty of conformity and hidden defects guarantee.
12.2 Legal Warranty of Conformity
When benefiting from the legal warranty of conformity:
You have two (2) years from receipt to assert your rights.
You can choose between repair or replacement, subject to cost conditions.
You are exempt from proving non-conformity within 24 months of receipt (except for second-hand products).
12.3.1 Product Return Clause – 30 Days
Customers can return products purchased on the website within 30 days of receipt, outside the statutory withdrawal period.
To initiate a return, contact customer service to receive instructions.
12.3.2 Return Procedure
Returns: Contact Customer Service before returning. Instructions and return address will be provided. Products must be returned in original packaging, complete (accessories, manual, etc.).
Return costs: Paid by the Customer unless the product is defective or non-compliant. In that case, the Operator refunds the return costs.
Processing: After receipt, the Operator examines the product and informs the Customer. If approved, the product will be exchanged or refunded within 30 days, unless further investigation is needed.
Exceptions: Incomplete or damaged products caused by the Customer will not be accepted, except if defective or non-compliant.
12.4 Hidden Defects Warranty
If a hidden defect appears, you may request either cancellation of the sale or a reduction in price.
Seeking an amicable solution before legal action does not suspend statutory or contractual warranty deadlines.
13. PERSONAL DATA
For more information on the use of personal data, see the Privacy Policy available on the Site.
14. HYPERTEXT LINKS
Links on the Site may lead to third-party websites, not operated by the Operator. They are provided for navigation convenience. By using them, you leave the Site and accept their terms and risks.
The Operator does not control these sites and cannot be responsible for their content. The Site may also contain advertising or promotional links. Report any inappropriate links.
You may not insert a link to the Site without prior written consent from the Operator.
15. REFERENCES
Unless otherwise indicated, the Customer authorizes the Operator to mention their name in communications (e.g., site reviews).
16. GENERAL PROVISION
The GTC form a contract between the Customer and the Operator, defining rights and obligations. If a clause is voided by a competent authority, others remain valid. Not enforcing a condition does not constitute a waiver to enforce it later.
REVIEW VERIFICATION PROCEDURE
Objective: Ensure authenticity of customer reviews by verifying truthfulness and relevance before publication.
Publication Criteria: Reviews are assessed for relevance, respect, and legal compliance.
Verification Method:
Purchase Verification: Only customers who bought the product can leave reviews.
Moderation: The Operator checks reviews and may request additional information.
Right to Respond: The Operator may reply to clarify or correct information.
Refusal and Removal: Non-compliant reviews may be deleted.
Transparency: All reviews, positive or negative, are displayed if they meet criteria.
This procedure ensures review transparency while protecting Customer interests and product integrity.
NO TELEMARKETING
The Customer can opt-out of Operator contact after order receipt by registering on the “Do Not Call Me!” list.
